Community Pages show site visitors your local areas of expertise, while also providing links for search engines to follow and index MLS listings on your site.
In one step, you can create these SEO-friendly search results pages that are automatically added to your website menu. This feature is available in Power, Gold, and Broker plans.
Creating a Community Page
In Optima Express > Community Pages, enter in a Page Title as well as your search criteria. Once finished, click Save. This will create a Community Page.
Editing a Community Page
Once a Community Page has been created you will be able to add additional content.
You will notice that a new page has been added to your WordPress Dashboard under Pages > All Pages. You will also see it on the right side of the Community Pages under Existing Community Pages. Clicking on this link will allow you to edit the page.
Linking to Your Menu
Once a Community Page has been created, a link will automatically be added to your Optima Express menu under Appearance > Menus. The image below shows that our Community Page "Grass Valley" was automatically added under the Communities section. If you are using a different menu other than Optima Express then you will need to manually add the link.
