Resolving iHomefinder “System Issues” Error On WordPress IDX Website

In rare cases, you may encounter an error message within IDX content on WordPress websites stating "Sorry, we are experiencing system issues". This video shows how to resolve this error message with a single click inside the WordPress dashboard for your website.

If you experience an error message “Sorry, We are experiencing system issues” within the IDX content on some pages, it is likely that one of the following occurred:

  • The URL changed from the URL that was used when you originally registered Optima Express.  
  • The Optima Express plugin was deactivated and reactivated

To resolve this error message, you just need to refresh the Optima Express plugin registration. You should also refresh your Optima Express plugin registration after upgrading your plan to properly enable added features included with your new plan.

Refreshing the iHomefinder WordPress Optima Express Plugin Registration

In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to:

Optima Express > Register > Refresh Registration (Click the link)
